Last Sunday I posted that I was going back on the health journey after seeing a video of myself during my birthday celebration. I’m want to do a quick update of my measurements and current weight. I decided to only post photos once a month since it will be easier to notice if there is any change.  I’m going to start incorporating working out again. I wasn’t doing regularly enough that I could jump back into. I can’t believe sometimes that I actually use to work out 5 days and weeks sometimes twice a day. 

But were starting back at square one. So the diet has been going okay. Time to add in the physical.

Chest : 43.5 (-1.5)

Right Arm: 16.5 (-)

Left Arm: 17 (-) 

Waist: 36 (-2.5)

Hips: 50 (-)

Right Thigh: 26.5 (-.5)

Left Thigh: 27 (+.05)

Current Weight: 229.0 (- 5.2)  

inches lost – 4 inches                   weight lost – 5.2 lbs


Goals:

  • Workout 2x’s 
  • Follow Diet
