Health Journey|4|Quick Update
I’m still doing my thing. But I will say that I didn’t work out this week like at all. I was super lazy with that aspect. I stayed on track with what I ate though. I did help a friend out Saturday and worked as a hostess. So I got some exercise. So far I’m really happy with my overall progress. I don’t know what’s up with my measurements this week. But, whatever. I’ll take better care next week.
