Health Journey | Meal Prep #1

Earlier this month I did a more extensive post. It was time to post my one-month progress update. In that, I included pictures of my meal that I had prepped for that week to eat. I’m going to start including what I eat every week as a quick separate post. :Last week I had:

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • ground beef
  • broccoli
  • turkey bacon bits
  • frank’s hot sauce
  • cauliflower
  • mayo
  • *not pictured BBQ pork rinds
  • *not pictured Sugar-free Jell-O
1/15 – 1/19

for my snacks I had

  • unsalted sunflower seeds
  • two dill pickles
  • one day I had three slices of mozzarella cheese

I thought it would inspire someone also doing keto to come up with other meal ideas. I try to keep it fairly simple and just think about what meat and veggies I want to eat. Two boiled eggs are a staple product as well as mayo.

What other keto friendly food items should I try out? Next week I’m excited to try and make kimchi burgers. I really enjoyed incorporating it the week prior and can’t wait to see how it turns out. Hope you have a great week!
