Dijon Mustard Stir Fry Chicken & Caulifower

  • I mixed all the the seasoning together.
  • making sure I had all the chicken coated evenly.
  • I used Kerry Gold butter to heat the skillet and added the chicken.
  • I only ended up using two bags of the cauliflower medley

Additional Lunch Items (not pictured)

  • BBQ Pork Rinds
  • Sugar Free Jello

I still have my two boiled eggs but I eat them earlier in the day to break my fast.
