Lemon Pepper Shrimp

The last week of February was a hot mess. I forgot to take my body pics, and I didn’t take all the pics for my meals. Oh well, I knew I was getting sick. Then, guess what happened Tuesday? My ass got sick. I didn’t take that many pictures this time. But, I didn’t do very much different. I made my same stir fry mix. This time around I used:

  • shrimp
  • kale
  • brussel sprouts
  • caulifower rice mix

My other lunch items are my same staples. BBQ pork rinds and sugar free jello. Since I’m eating two meals now I had my two eggs no spinach this week. As far as my snack… I had hard salami wrapped around a cheese stick.
