Health Journey |9| Meal Prep

If you have seen my other posts you can see this has been the general theme for all of my meals. Again I made a vegetable stir fry and I added kielbasa. I had to make sure that the brand I bought had zero to no carbs. It is a processed meat so like most it may have carbs you wouldn’t think are there. This one only had two per serving. Along with my lunch I had my staple sugar-free jello. I haven’t been eating pork rinds unless I’m hungry after working out.

Veggie Mix

  • Kale
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Brussels Sprouts

Snack

  • Natural Almond Peanut Butter
  • Celery

I’m still eating breakfast. I’m enjoying eating my eggs the way that I pictured earlier. Though I do have some recipes saved for later down the road.
