Hey I’m back with another quick update. So i went vegetarian last week with my food. My body seemed to really enjoy it. I think I’ll start incorporating it into my meal preps. My back was still giving me issues, so I didn’t get to workout again. I really think the chairs at work make it worst. Anyway, I’m happy that I lost weight even though I didn’t get a workout in.

Chest: 38.25

Right Arm: 15

Left Arm: 15.5

Waist: 31.5

Hips: 47.5

Right Thigh: 25

Left Thigh: 25

Right Calf: 16.25

Left Calf: 16.5

Weight: 207.0

  • Drink more water
