YoooOOoo! It’s week 19, I messed up adding photos last month so I’m just going to push that post back a week. I went back to meat this week. Salmon to be exact. It was tasty. But, I didn’t lose any weight. But in total I have finally hit a 30 pound weight loss. I’m so excited about that. I’m 7 pounds to my second goal. Then I’m going to actually cheat! I want some oreos and pickle chips. My back is still a little jacked up. But I can stand up straight after sitting for a few hours. So that’s progress. I’m going to try working out in the morning again.
