I’m late posting. I’ve started becoming busy and haven’t been using my time productively. Anyway, Here is the first post on my monthly health post. I actually gained a little weight. Only two pounds. But i had two great cheat weekends. I had authentic roman and alcohol. Along with all the snacks I had my eye on. I haven’t been very strict on myself. But BITCH!!! I’m back on track and tightening up on the lackadaisical.



Ya’ll I’ve made a damn spreadsheet.


For my workouts I’ve slowing been working to four days a week. I’ve been doing HIIT, Sky Cardio at my local trampoline gym, and Couch to 5K. All have been great with getting my sweat on and feeling like I really put in work the next day.
